Enhanced annual leave

All BET employees receive holiday which exceeds the statutory minimum.

Some details may be affected by TUPE provisions, but the majority of staff within the Trust will get:

Length of service Holiday allowance
0 - 2 years service 26 days plus bank holidays
2 - 5 years service 28 days plus bank holidays
More than 5 years service 30 days plus bank holidays
