Our shared behaviours at BET.

At BET, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Our shared behaviours describe what it means to work here and shape how we support our pupils, collaborate with colleagues, and develop as professionals. They guide our day-to-day practice, inform decision-making and influence how we work together across the Trust.

When colleagues are aligned around a shared set of behaviours, everyone benefits: pupils are supported to succeed, teams feel connected and valued, and individuals are empowered to grow and develop. These six behaviours underpin our culture across all roles, schools and services, and all BET colleagues are expected to model them as a core part of their professional responsibilities.
